I'm writing you again to tell you what an unbelievable happy experience I've had working with your company. From my first contact through your website (which I found through a simple "google" search on "piano movers Detroit") through the delivery I have been utterly satisfied. Your response to my request was prompt and included two possible times for the move. I finalized with one phone call! My question regarding insurance was answered without a pause. Your movers arrived 10-minutes early, so no one had to worry "will they really come?" They were courteous, careful, and efficient in loading the piano. At the destination they were particularly concern that the piano be just where we wanted it. They gave very helpful advice about how to protect the hardwood floor. Luckily we had the pads required! One even came back to be sure that the muffle pedal worked properly (forgive me if my terminology is off). Payment was smooth -- I used a check -- and the cost was very reasonable.
